Dr. Yuyu received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Zhejiang University, China in 2013 and 2021, respectively. During 2019 and 2022, he joined Advanced Chalcogenides Technologies & Applications Lab in Singapore University of Technology and Design as a postdoctoral Research Fellow to design high performance gigahertz devices with phase change materials. Now, he is with the optoelectronics research centre, university of Southampton, UK.
