Dr
Dawei Tang
Job Title:
Senior Research Fellow
Formal Position Within the Project:
Research Staff
Primary Activities on the Project:
My work on the Programme Grant focuses on developing cutting-edge, highly integrated optical metrology devices using metasurfaces for smart and autonomous manufacturing processes. By merging expertise in Measurement and Instrumentation with advancements in Nanophotonics, I aim to push the boundaries of metrology technology. This includes leading a sub-project focused on large field-of-view metalenses for high-performance optical sensing and polarization metasurfaces to facilitate ultracompact interferometry solutions.
